Highlights of the KEI Program
Projects may be eligible for up to $10 million in tax credits ($75 million annual cap)
Refundable, non-transferable income tax credit of 30% of approved items & out-of-state labor, & 35% of in-state labor
Feature Films & TV Programs Minimum spend:
$250K for out-of-state companies
$125K for KY-based companies
Documentaries & Broadway tours Minimum spend:
$20K for out-of-state companies
$10K for KY-based companies
